Premier Inn North Wall was Keymore’s largest project to date at the time it was built. The hotel occupies a constrained Dublin city-centre location beside busy rail infrastructure, so space, access and construction timing were central considerations throughout the work.
The architectural specification called for a distinctive blend of smoked brick. Delivering that façade required specialist bricklaying capability as well as close attention to setting out, consistency and the visual quality of the completed elevations. The result introduced a contemporary brick finish to the surrounding Dublin streetscape.
