VISION & VALUES

Keymore’s Vision was to be the sub-contractor of choice to the top Contractors and Developers in Ireland. It has a core set of values which run right across the business. These shared beliefs and ways of working are the foundations on which our team is built.

Our Values are based around delivering a Quality Product, Quality Service and supporting Quality People.

We have launched our ‘Keymore People’ initiative where we reward the people around us, for demonstrating our values.

Keymore specialist construction services

Established in 2004

From specialist brickwork to a broader construction service

Keymore Construction began as a small bricklaying firm and developed steadily by concentrating on the quality of its work, service and team. That specialist foundation still informs how the business approaches planning, workmanship and the practical interfaces between construction packages.

Over more than two decades, Keymore has expanded into a multi-disciplinary contractor serving projects across Ireland and the UK. Through its core team and subcontractor network, the company supports approximately 200 jobs at any one time. Growth is treated as a delivery responsibility: clients still need clear communication, useful solutions and people who understand the work on site.

What guides the team

  • Listen carefully to client and project requirements.
  • Offer practical, buildable solutions when constraints arise.
  • Deliver value through planning, coordination and quality.
  • Invest in the people and relationships behind each project.

See how that approach is reflected in Keymore’s construction services and published project case studies.
