This is a large scale housing development of 270 detached and semi detached residential units. This was a traditional build site, completed over a 2.5 year period. This project was completed to the highest standards in a phased manor, delivering A Rated homes.

Project context

Drumnigh is a large-scale residential development in Portmarnock, Dublin. The scheme comprises 270 detached and semi-detached homes and was delivered as a traditional build over a two-and-a-half-year period.

Phased delivery was important to the project. Repeated house types and changing work fronts require a dependable sequence, consistent quality benchmarks and careful protection of areas as they move toward completion. The completed homes achieved an A energy rating, providing a clear, verifiable performance outcome for the development.
