Churchfields

This is a residential development consisting of a mix of low and high rise residential apartments and housing. Phase 1 is ongoing and Phase 2 has also commenced. In April 2025 Phase 1 comprising of 300 units will be complete.

Project context

Churchfields is a large residential development in North County Dublin, combining low- and high-rise apartments with housing. That mix creates distinct work fronts and interfaces while still requiring a consistent approach to quality across the wider development.

The project information originally recorded Phase 1 and Phase 2 progressing as part of the wider programme, with the first phase comprising 300 units. Presenting the scheme by phase allows the scale and changing work areas to remain clear without overstating milestones that have not been independently updated.
